I am an avid follower Mr. Grant and I just read his new book, "Mr. Market Miscalculates". However, I do not understand where he and your company are getting these convictions about the recovery. What types of metrics are you using to feel this way or is this just a conjecture?

I noticed you are value investor, so I was curious how you believe in timing the market? Since the greatest value investor, Warren Buffett,(value investing should be a redundant term) always shuns from market timing in his annual letters and his investment philosophy.
